Asset Based Cyber Defense
In 2020, Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency (CSA) responded to new research that showed how security software from multiple security domains can help to improve on the continuous monitoring of unauthorised behaviors and threat detection.
As part of CSA’s Cybersecurity Industry Call for Innovation and in updating their integrated Cybersecurity measures, a collective of cyber defense organizations was appointed to lead the way in creating a holistic security stack to defend against modern complex cyber threats.
Known as Asset Based Cyber Defence, ABCD helps Singaporean SMEs and enterprises to secure against malicious cyber activity by incorporating the ‘CSA Be Safe Online Essentials’.
With heightened cyber crime being carried out by skilled attackers today, organisations must equip themselves with robust cybersecurity action plans or risk hefty costs like financial loss, reputational damages, and even regulatory fines due to breaches and data exfiltration.
